Creator and Agency plans are billed monthly or yearly. Monthly plans deposit credits to your account each month. Yearly plans cost less per month and deliver the same credits through monthly installments so you never have to wait.

Every image generation or edit consumes credits. Creator includes 500 credits/month, Agency includes 2,000 credits/month. Credits from paid plans expire at the end of the billing period; one-time packs never expire.

Yes. You can change plans from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and we pro-rate unused time. Downgrades or cancellations keep the current plan active until the end of the paid period.

You can top up anytime with our one-time pack (200 credits for $6). We never pause your account—simply purchase more credits or upgrade your subscription.

Yes. New users receive 30 credits (about two full edits) to try every feature. No credit card required. When you need more capacity, choose a paid plan or a one-time pack.

We process payments securely via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and local wallets where available. All transactions are encrypted and verified.

Absolutely. Cancel from your billing dashboard at any point. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle and no further renewals will be charged.

We offer pro-rated refunds within 14 days of your first purchase if you have unused credits. After that window, all sales are final, but you can prevent renewals at any time.
