Terms of Service

Last updated: July 10, 2026

These terms govern your use of ImgEditor. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. ImgEditor is an independent product; references to third-party models or providers do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Accounts and security

Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify support of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. We may apply verification, rate limits, and abuse controls.

Credits, subscriptions, and payments

Prices, included credits, billing intervals, expiration, and applicable limits are shown before purchase. Subscription credits are granted and expire according to the plan displayed at checkout; one-time project-pack terms may differ. Stripe processes payments. Except where law requires otherwise or a checkout offer states otherwise, consumed credits and completed generation requests are not refundable. Failed requests follow the credit-return behavior shown by the service.

User content and limited processing license

You retain the rights you hold in uploaded images, prompts, and eligible outputs. You grant ImgEditor and its necessary service providers a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, modify, and display that content only to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and support the requested service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for temporary backups, security records, or legal retention obligations. It does not grant ImgEditor the right to use private content in advertising or to train an ImgEditor public model without separate permission.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you upload and the way you use outputs.

AI output limitations

AI outputs can be inaccurate, inconsistent, non-unique, or contain unwanted text and details. ImgEditor does not guarantee identity consistency, legal clearance, factual accuracy, or suitability for a particular commercial use. Review outputs before publication and obtain professional advice where required. Availability, model choice, processing time, resolution, and provider behavior may change.

Prohibited use

Do not use the service to violate law or third-party rights; create or distribute malware; bypass authentication, rate limits, or credits; probe internal systems; upload content without permission; impersonate others deceptively; or generate prohibited abusive or exploitative content. We may suspend access needed to protect users, providers, or the service.

Third-party services

Payments, storage, email, analytics, and generation may use third-party providers. Their terms may also apply. ImgEditor is not responsible for outages or policy decisions outside its reasonable control.

Termination and deletion

You may delete history items and your account through available settings. Account deletion initiates removal of associated stored images and database records, subject to operational, payment, security, and legal retention described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. ImgEditor does not promise uninterrupted operation or a particular output. To the extent permitted by law, ImgEditor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be posted with a revised date. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the updated terms where permitted by law. Contact [email protected] or use the contact form.
